At The Ginger Bread House Day Nursery we pride ourselves in having the ability and patience to recruit staff who are overflowing with enthusiasm, passion and have an underpinning desire to care and work to teach our children. When playing such an honourable role in a family’s life our staff are waiting each day to welcome you in, instil fun, laughter and excitement into each child’s day with us before being able to tell you all about their day and what adventures they have had!

No matter what some say, staff are all too easy to come by, but finding the RIGHT staff who really go that extra mile is much harder.

Anyone who works within our nursery has undergone a thorough recruitment process, a new DBS check and full induction to ensure they are suitable to be working with our children.
